Cushions

We offer custom cushions pillow manufacturing with the highest quality for your customer. We manufacture a variety of shapes and thicknesses.

 

Custom cushions are made to order.

Cushions are substitute for foam. Can be used for backs or arms creating a plush feel for your client. You can choose from a variety of fabrics and fills.  

 

Can be used for outdoor cushions or indoor cushions – depending on material of fabrication.

  • Minimum Order?
    Case packs are our standard minimum quantities.
  • Ordering custom sizes?
    We are able to fabricate inserts tailored to your needs. We do not require a minimum quantity for custom products. Custom sizes are non-returnable/non-refundable. See our return policy. Reach out and Request a Quote.
  • How do I place an order?
    Placing an order is simple. Established companies can fax (305-883-0753) or e-mail (orders@pillowsandfibers.com) the order. We'll send you a credit card authorization form which you fill out and return. Register with us today!
  • How and when do I pay?
    Before your order is shipped, you will be contacted as to your method of payment. If paying with a credit card, you will be sent a form authorizing Pillows and Fibers to charge your credit card account.
  • How is my order shipped?
    Small orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or courier service (commercial addresses only). You will need to provide us with the account number of your preferred method of shipping. If an account number is not provided, shipping fee will be prepaid and added to your invoice. Large orders are shipped via transportation companies. We will send you approximate dimensions and weights, in turn, you will need to provide us with the BOL via fax or email. If you do not have an account established with a shipping company, we will offer a quote from a 3rd party transportation company for you.
  • Sample requests?
    Pillows and Fibers can provide you with a sample. We will ask that you prepay any shipping costs associated with the sample. It is a necessary regulation in order to stay cost effective. Just Contact us.
  • What are your hours of operations?
    Feel free to call or visit us Monday-Friday 7AM-3PM Eastern Time Closed Saturday & Sunday.
  • How long does it take to ship out an order?
    Production time varies according to the amount ordered. We strive to get all shipments out in a timely manner. Our goal for small orders is same day to next day. Larger orders will be scheduled into production and a window of time given if needed. These production times do not include shipping times. Contact us for a more accurate response.
  • Do you sell retail?
    Yes! You can purchase retail via Houzz.
